We’re excited to invite you to a Forestry Tour hosted by Jim Kehl at the Bill Hunt farm on Saturday, October 5th at 1 PM. This informative event is free and open to the public.
During the tour, Jim will demonstrate a skid steer-mounted device that efficiently cuts trees at ground level and applies herbicide to the stumps. This innovative approach is especially beneficial for removing unwanted or competing trees, aiding in Timber Stand Improvement and Crop Tree Release. By utilizing this labor-saving machine, we can effectively access forested areas and enhance the growing conditions for our remaining trees.

5032 East Zink Road, follow these directions:
- Take Massbach Road 1 mile south of Massbach, then turn left onto Zink Road.
- Continue for 1 mile until you reach the lane on the left.
- Follow the lane to the barn where we'll gather.
