You are cordially invited to the Northwest Illinois Forestry Association’s 2026 Dinner Banquet! Join us at the Woodbine Bend Restaurant, located just eight miles west of Stockton, for an evening of networking and conservation.
Dinner & Drinks
Enjoy a hearty buffet featuring sirloin steak, baked chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, a vegetable medley, salad, and rolls. Coffee and soft drinks are included, and a cash bar will be available.
Featured Speaker: Doug Duren
We are excited to welcome Doug Duren, founder of the Wisconsin-based non-profit Sharing the Land. Doug will share his unique approach to conservation: pairing landowners in need of stewardship assistance with "access seekers"—individuals looking for places to hunt, fish, forage, and enjoy the outdoors. This successful initiative has already created matches across more than 14 states, exchanging land access for meaningful stewardship work. https://www.sharingtheland.com/

In addition to our guest speaker, NIFA will provide a brief update on our 2025 achievements and preview our exciting plans for 2026. The evening will also include door prizes!
