Jo Daviess County: Planning Meeting for 2019

The Northwest Illinois Forestry Association (NIFA) will meet on Tuesday evening, November 20th, at 7 pm, at the Stockton Public Library, to begin planning events for 2019.


This will be an agenda meeting with emphasis on developing a list of tours and events for next year.  Both members and the public are welcome to provide their input and opinions.


Olivia Rauen, Forester for the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF), covering Iowa and Illinois, will discuss her goals and activities for the coming year.  Then, Ms. Rauen and Extension Educator Jay Solomon will share some ideas on forestry management education as well as collaboration opportunities for NIFA, NWTF, and the University Extension. 


The Stockton Public Library is located at 140 West Benton Avenue, Stockton, Illinois.
